MPV lecture Series 2011

This lecture series is planned for late 2011.

In 2011 MPV Consulting will be providing a series of lectures around Australia at all capital cities and selected major regional centres. The specific dates have not been set yet but are proposed for the March / April period. The accompanying information sheet that can be downloaded details the content of the lectures along with an "Expression of Interest" form to assist us to determine location of venues and numbers likely for each lecture. Your help in this regard would be appreciated.

"Using Statistics to Manage Your Veterinary Practice"

Format: Proactive workshop style limited to 20 persons per lecture.

Précis: The aim of the workshop is to be practical and useful. It will explore many areas that are not traditional lecture areas but are practically useable in any veterinary hospital. At the end of the day each participant should go back to their clinic and understand:

  1. What constitutes a profitable and well managed Australian veterinary practice
  2. What highly profitable practices do that not-so profitable practices don't
  3. What needs to be done to achieve high profitability
  4. How performance can be measured using statistics
  5. The rules of management that should never be forgotten
  6. You will work practically with actual clinic data and help analyse what practices need to do to change. This will be highly applicable to your own practice.
